Concretely, it used to post legal mentions, images, ect...
But most pertinent is to place advertising, as for example the famous Google Adsense.

We keep to add new functionnalities to the application (portals and blogs) by integrating the tags. This concept catch our attention because it offers a view in a flash of the keywords of your content. In more of being visual, we find it beautiful and particulary useful for navigation. 

In addition we think that they can have a positive influence on the referencing of your sites.

Yesterday we improved the Newsletter forwarding to sequence its sending and thus to cure the problem of forwarding delay.
Indeed some among you have more than 10 000 subscribers and when the server arrived at saturation it pushed back the mails sending of a few 3 hours in order to run out its traffic.

It's finished, the Newsletter forwarding is sequenced. A Newsletter of 10 000 subscribers will take 10 minutes now and you will be able to visualize in the Archive menu the number of forwarding in real time.

Now 2 systems of payment are available as well in Micropayment as a system of payment on line in the shop and / or the subscriptions.

Paypal is the last arrived, it enables you to make payment and especially to choose the amount of the transaction.

Ps : Tel4money and Codeplus were withdrawn of the micropayment systems because Tel4money stoped its activity.

A few weeks ago, we published a note concerning the Podcast and we proposed his integration in your blogs and portals.

Since, the Podcast (or Podcasting) flowered on all the Web sites and its use doesn't stop growing especially that iTunes, principal instigator of this new fashion, declined a video version (more than 1 million registered voters in two weeks after its lauching).

Small reminder: the Podcast is a syndication feed like your RSS or ATOM feeds, which means that it's readable by all the readers of this type. About that, while refering to iTunes other sites were born to read these feeds such as PodcastAlley or Netvibes.
The difference with a simple syndication feed is that you can insert audio files.

In all your sites, it is automatically created since you add a mp3 file enclosure of an article.

Revolution in the page setting of your RSS, ATOM and PODCAST syndication feeds!

Thanks to a system of transformation into HTML, now we propose you to visualize the content of the syndication directly.

3 colors to differentiate them : red for RSS, blue for ATOM and turquoise for the born last, PODCAST. 

Much more than a simple posting, you can click on the titles links to access directly the site, and in preview on the Net: the audio files resulting from Podcast are directly readable thanks to our reader! 

All these syndication feeds remain obviously readable in XML modules of your webzines and blogs, and on all the other sites which use them. 

At the foot of the page of each feeds, links towards various reader of syndication are available.

Click simply above to add your on these sites (as a preliminary it's necessary to create an account).

Readers, like Bloglines and Rojo are very well introduced and allow you to refer your site among a consequent list of blogs on the Net.

With the startup of Google Id (Reading the note on Musicien.biz) and of Netvibes, we decided to make sexier feeds XML.

The syndication feeds concerning the webservices (Comments, Classified, Forum and Diary) were reviewed, as well as the normal flow of articles. Each one is proposed in RSS 2.0 or ATOM 1.0 mode.

Of course the old addresses always function but we encourage you to update them. 

The installation of the architecture high availability occurred well. All our servers are linked with 2 switchs, a Sisco and a 3 Com, as the second is gigabit we can extremely quickly transfer the data between the servers of the bay. Its very important for the evolution of the architecture. The startup of 3 new web servers isn't yet active, we take our time because nothing presses on this side. 

At the rush hour, now we use about 30 % of our servers power. It's a great comfort of use as well on the sites as in managements. As soon as we cross 45 % of use we will update our architecture. That will enable us to preserve a quality of top-of-the-range service. 

The statistics service recovered its delay since yesterday, we used not 3 but 8 servers what enabled us to make a small discovery. We wont any more use exclusively one server for the stats but to distribute calculation on several server, that will be more reliable and more rapid. 

The problem of the hosting being regulated, we will work without useless pressure and will forget very quickly this month of madness.
