Submission by Email Back on Track!

For those of you who are not familiar with this feature, to describe it simply, you can publish an article on the CMS by email, without the need to log in to the back office. To do this, you just need to authorize the emails of the concerned persons and then give them the destination email (depending on the sections in which those persons wish to publish their articles).

We had a spam problem that forced us to shut this feature down. Since then, Gillian securitized the process and it is now back and working again on the platform!

Here is a little reminder on how it works:
The first thing you need to do is to authorize the emails allowed to submit articles from the menu Management > Editorial staff > Other publications, and then select the status of the received articles (Pending, published or submitted articles).

About the format of the email: the object of the mail will be the title, if there is a picture attached, it will be shown in the article. The body of the mail will be the only paragraph of the article.

Of course, you can edit the article from your back office once it has arrived.

Between the back office apps (Apple and Android), the editorial team, the management platform, and now the submission by email, there are no more excuses not to update your website regularly :)
