Laurent, who made in WM the podcast, the transformation of RSS feeds into Web page, WM mobile version, prepares since February a new web 2.0 service xFruits.

What's this project :

xFruits is a web 2.0 service which doesn't require any learning.

This free service on line offers to you :

- to improve your home
- to extend the fucntionality of your blog
- more generally to create your information system from RSS feeds   

xFruits create a Mashup RSS very simply thanks to the Composite brick, assemble bricks to build your own services base feeds.

xFruits was conceived to be extensible and modular and thus to allow a coders community to take part in the project.
Our ambition is to create around ten new bircks,soon you will be able to use a set of API enables to create your own components.

xFruits is already available in English, French and Spanish version and Japanese version will be soon available.
This service is still in bêta, we count upon the ideas and suggestions of the xFruiters to improve the service.
One of the compenents on the home is dedicated to collect your ideas, those which have the most success will be integrated in xFruits.

xFruits enabled us to explore certain ergonomic soltuions, graphs... It's the futur laboratory of WM and an opening towards outside.
We  will integrate quickly certain developments resulting from xFruits.

June 22 we will present xFruits in detail at the time of the conference Web 2.0.

We uptdate the capacities of all our offers by multiplying by 8 the disk space. Off course the quota of transferred data follows the evolution. We entirely control our hosting platform. Thanks to that, thus we propose the most generous capacities of the market.
This space seems too large but it wont be it very a long time we will give the opportunity to you to use it; -)

In parallel, we worked on a system of upload allowing you to transfer without software ftp from large files on your space. This system was developped thanks to the Ajax technology which forms part with the xhtml news techno called Web 2.0.
As much to say to you that it's what is done best as regards Web application.

Very soon, we will put on line the first application using this new uploader of last generation.

You surely noticed this small green logo which has been on your sites for one week, it has been from now on official: We launch the mobile version!

We didn't forget to provide you tools to refer this innovation. Indeed this version is accompanied by Google Sitemaps Mobile.

This version results from your flow XML, its presentation and its navigation was adapted to the screens of small cuts. Thus any peripheral able to post a page XHTML BASIC (it is the case of the PDA and any recent telephone) will be able to consult your last news.

We added a small tools bar to setting the messages in forum. It enables to boldface, italic, underline, paragraph, links and the addition of images.

For the specialists, tags produced by sites of free storages of images are also interpreted.

Thus we benefitted from it to make available this option in the comments. You also can, as on this blog, to parameterize backround colors and border of each message.

For the multi blogs from now you can manage the capabilities of their bandwidth and of their disk space.

Maybe it's nothing much but you were numerous to ask it :)

The trackbacks resulting from the blogosphere are a system of notification between several notes (of various sites) concerning the same subject.
From a technical point of view, we took trackbacks of all blogs system but in the other sense it wasn't always true.
Of course we corrected this problem in priority then we added improvemets in  their management and on the fight against the Spam. All your trackbacks are contained in a new section of the comments menu.
- By note, you can consult the list of the trackbacks received and also sended.
- you can correct the text added on your site.
- Finally to be warned by mail as soon as the notification of a new trackback.
For those which doesn't know this subject, you can test this article, we leave it open.
PS : This functionnality will be soon available in the portals.

New statistics are available for the webservice "Store on line". A new menu appear if you have at least one invoice !

If it's the case, the Administration Menu > Statistics propose to you to visually discover the monthly sales turnovers and also the frequency of consultation of the products.

Four Top 10 are accessibles :

- Consultation,
- Addition to cart,
- Order,
- Sale.

It will undoubtedly charm those which use this webservice fully :)

"Usine Nouvelle" in its week report speaks of Webzinemaker.

110 entreprises were listed by "Usine Nouvelle" in various branches (Materials, Informatics, Telecom, Electronics, Chemistry, Biology...) and WM is sorted in the 17 Informatics enterprises to follow...

At this beginning of year it pleases us to see that someone thinks about us ;-)

We made small ergonomic improvements to manage the orders of the shop as well as the paying subscriptions:

1. Appearance of section to facilitate navigation
2. Appearance of colors to indicate you valids and invalids payments.
3. Visualization of the fgures at a glance.
4. Sorting on the headings of the various tables.

Of course it only concernes Xpert or Pro portals. Sorry for the others but we prepare a innnovation for monday or thursday for everybody, Blog included :)

The advertising control has just acquired new functionnalities :)

Our schedule:

1. Beginning date and deadline for the posting of a banner(differed publication).
2. Three levels of priority for the posting of a banner.
3. History of postings and clicks month by month.
4. Graphics statistics
5. Accounting of the clicks on Flash banners.
6. Consulation of the statistics on site side for a person member of profiling.

The last point will be available only in a few days, but you can already indicate the person who will be able to consult information concerning a banner.

For flash datas : it isn't necessary anymore to insert directly the link in the SWF, from now you have only to indicate it in the interface.
