Third reminder

We remind you that WMaker moves its servers to a new datacenter (see the first reminder & see the second reminder ).

WARNING: THE SCHEDULE HAS BEEN CHANGED. PLEASE READER CAREFULLY THIS NOTE

Our hosting provider, OVH, could not deliver on time the bays in the new datacenter. Our move his delayed one week ahead.

Our servers move to the new datacenter will take place from FRIDAY, MAY 2nd to SUNDAY, MAY 4th. Major disruptions are expected during the night of Saturday, May 3th to Sunday, May 4th.

Here is the new schedule:

Friday, May 2 - from 11:00 AM (GMT+2)
We receive our 2 new bays in the new datacenter. We will prepare them to receive the architecture of the application. We will also add new hardware in order to increase our capacities.

Saturday, May 3 - until midnight (GMT+2)
We will set a minimal architecture, which will be able to work while we move all the hardware to the new datacenter.

Saturday, May 3 - from midnight (GMT+2)
The service will be unavailable because we will transfer the full architecture. The service will come up around 05:00 AM (GMT+2) on Sunday, May 4. We recommend you to organize yourself so that you do not have to update your sites from Saturday, May 3 - 11:00 PM (GMT +2) to Sunday, May 4 - 06:00 AM (GMT+2)

Sunday, May 4 - from 08:00 AM (GMT+2)
Your site will be online and you will be able to access your back office.

The shutdown on Saturday, May 3 evening cannot be avoided. Please, keep the date and the maintenance period in mind.

This one week shift is perhaps a chance. The traffic on your site will be significantly reduced during this first long weekend of May ;)
