When a user subscribes to your site, a subscription confirmation request is emailed to him etc. (according to settings). To make your SNS more efficient we propose you to set up your welcome message in the Intern mailbox.  That will allow new subscribers to become familiar with the Intern Mailbox.

You can compose your message in your back office, Menu > Administration > Profiling > List of Subscribers. Just modify the group by default.

You can enter the subject and the text of the message that will be automatically sent into the intern mailbox, when a new account is created. The layout of this message can be improved due to the HTML checkbox and the BB Code tool bar.

Little tip for sites managing paid subscriptions, the message is treated by group.
