It's true that we didn't communicate any more since the 12 January.

As one goes along development mode

In the usual course we develop as it goes along, that is to say that we upload the application inch by inch each week. We tried to hold longest possible a parallel development of the V3 and the V4 but for 2 months we exclusively devote ouselves to the V4. As soon as it will be enought advanced we will take back our usual mode of development (the planning should be respected).

On this subject, this development mode as it goes along starts to become the new purpose in the world of the informatics editors. We were a little early ;)

We sequenced in several parts the launching of the V4 in order to put as quickly as possible the results of our work in your hands.

1) V4 Management in Beta

Itwill be more ergonomic and simpler. After this step the management willbe entirely rewriting. To carry out this shake-up we created adevelopment Framework which represents an enormous work, but it's thehidden part of the iceberg. In fact, thanks to this invisible work, itwill be faster to integrate new developers. Originally planned at theend of January we took delay following the absence of Gillian.Fortunately we work as a pair and Laurent works alone now. We thinkthat we will be able to deliver this version in beta from the end ofFebruary.

Launching : At the end of February 2007

2) Launching of a Plug-in architecture

Theplug-in is an application adding functionalities in your site. Itallows to realise some important projects like "a booking system" or tobe able to interact with your portal.
Consequently you will beable to ask any developer (with talent ;-) to extend WM functions. Wewill provide you specifications explaining the functioning.

We will also deliver some one of our plug-in.

3) Final V4 Management

Finalization of the V4 management + a surprise ;-)

4) New functionalities (Site side)

This last step will sprawl over 3 months for new functionalities :

- Blog creation from your portal,
- SNS (Social Network System) integrated,
- A new Webservice for the Video

+ An advanced mobile version

FromApril, we will concentrate our staff on the front part of the sitesuntil the end of the year. It will allow us to reconsider the displaymode. The developers will work more closely with Lesia to prepare youbeautiful model collection in 2007.

Technologically, we will use more and more semantic Web because it will specify the references in the future.

I hope my note will have give you the informations that you wait on theV4. I can confirm to you that 2007 will be one year very rich ininnovations.

Here the last model of our xFruits collection, "Pomelo". Sorry but it's neither the fig neither the pineapple we simply choosen the grapefruit :)

This last model creates an equilibrium in this collection, indeed we suggested you "Kiwi" and "Strawberry", two themes on vivid background, then "Pastek" and now "Pomelo", for these two themes we played with the contrast by dark background color and very vivid text color like the white.

Also I cheer you to use the graphic principle of these themes to customize them and create a new model with other fruits like lemon, fig, plum, ect... If you need help don't hesitate to contact us :)

This collection is finished. I look to you very soon for a next model collection, also surprising I hope.

In fact it's from this model that we created this collection, a morning Jérôme told us his reflections : "if we made a model starting from the xFruits graphic charter..." then we had an idea : "if we made a collection with fruits as theme..." and we did it :)

Now you know this history I hope you will enjoy your tasting and don't forget there is another model to discover so be wise ;)

Philippe Nieuwbourg which is still a subscriber of the Libération newspaper reported us that xFruits was named several times in an article about the neopolitics. You can discover it on this site or in the enclosures :)

The fourth of the band, Philippe (V2 architect) had his first baby :)

After Paul François (Sébastien), Francesca (Jérôme), Paloma (Federi) it's Paul Marie turn to grow. We visited us at the hospital at 01:00 pm, everybody looks good.

You noted that the picture is not contractual, in fact the newborn has more hair than its father :-)

It makes a long time that I wanted to write this note. In fact several notes will be necessary to introduce you the WMaker 4 version, I will start today with an historic of Webzinemaker.
