The links directory webservice has changed. Since now there will be more options for displaying and classifying your links.

It must be admitted that this webservice has gone out of date. So, we've mobilized the part of our team to update it. As usual, firstly we made global benchmarking of actual usage trends. Then, the result should be compatible with the existing service and finally it should bring in something new to justify our users’ confidence and meet their expectations.

The most noticeable new feature is automatic thumbnails generator. This functionality allows taking a screenshot of a homepage of the websites that you display in your directories. This enables you to get up your links page properly.

New design for Accessoweb
The inauguration of the CampusPlex has given occasion to start working on a new design template for Accessoweb together with Philippe Lagane.

Philippe has got a very precise idea of the new look he wanted for his website. Lesia and Marie-Julie have been entrusted to create and integrate new engaging design for his blog .

It was a very pleasant experience to work with Philippe on this project. Indeed, he’s shared with us the main issues proper to the blog having high-frequency updates, regular traffic, very involved visitors and monetization options.

It’s always efficient to get user feedback, which helps us advance more quickly. Thus, after discussion with Philippe we’ve made 2 new display modes publicly available. The below pictures speak for themselves.

As mentioned before, the inauguration party was shot with the CampusPlex cameras.

Hopefully, this two-minute video will make you revive that great day.

Sébastien Simoni's speech
Last Thursday, we were very happy to welcome the WMaker users on the occasion of the inauguration of the CampusPlex.

First, the dedicated workshops were held by the teams between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Though quite short, these direct exchanges with our guests have been really enriching. And we will probably repeat these workshops in the near future but in the extended format.

On the occasion of the meeting, Philippe Nieuwbourg has proposed to set up a WMaker users' club. This independent group will be dedicated to share your user experience. Undoubtedly, it could help create multiple development opportunities for some of you.

Once the website is online, you'll be informed here. I still recognize being a little worried about this idea of an independent group discussing WMaker as Philippe Niewbourg never was very tender with us...

New trainee in WMaker
Last Monday Marie-Julie (new trainee) joined the WMaker team in the CampusPlex.

Marie-Julie is a young student at the International Design School in Toulon. She gets a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Telecommunications with print specialization and she’d like to learn more about web design.

With the help of Lesia, her onsite trainer, her expectations will certainly be realized.

CampusPlex: More than just a new office
On November 1st, WMaker moved to the new corporate office. We have been preparing for this move since last summer.

We have been searching for this office since the beginning of the year. And the works have been carried out in record-breaking time: 2months.

Shape Mag Template
What do you think of Shape Mag, our latest template that we’ve recently put online?

This template is made in one column, with a modern 6 headline module, the history module in block mode and finally the combo module including 3 modules at the bottom of the page.

Using only one column allows to have a comfortable width of the headline module and the modern 6 style perfectly fits with a large column. As a result, the article that takes number one spot in this module is perfectly highlighted.

We also suggest you to take a look at the Gallery menu. We’ve used one of the new photo presentation styles.

Manage your ads more easily than ever
We’ve introduced some small improvements to the advertising management webservice. These improvements concern the back office; they are aimed at enhancing current management of advertising campaigns, as well as information feedback to advertisers.
